Shipping & Returns Policy
- Please
read the following carefully to ensure the correct delivery of your gift
or package.
- If
it is a priority that your package arrives the next or 2nd business
day, please make sure you place your order before 4:00pm EST. Please include
a preferred arrival date in the message field so we don’t have to call you
to confirm the order which may delay your gift arriving on time. Packages
that must be rerouted because of wrong addresses will be charged the $10
fee imposed by UPS, so please make sure the shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for mistakes you make while ordering and only the
cost of reusable items will be refunded if the package is returned to us.
We will have to charge you to reship the package.
- While
ordering, please be sure to include the proper email address and phone number
so if we need to contact you immediately after you place the order we can.

- Unless you request
otherwise, we will ship all packages the day they are ordered. As long as
the order is received by 4:00 PM EST. Any order received after 4:00pm EST
will ship the following day provided the following day is not a Saturday,
Sunday or Holiday. If you have special needs, please call us.

Service Guarantee
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via
UPS Air Services, where such services are available, to every address in the
United States.
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Next Day Air
and UPS 2nd Day Air, where such services are available, to every address in
Puerto Rico.
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS 3 Day Select,
where such services are available, to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via UPS Ground, where
such services are available, to every address in the 48 contiguous states.
"Business day" means Monday through Friday except the following
holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving Day*
- Christmas Day
- New Year’s Eve*
Special
Handling of Undeliverable Packages
Domestic packages refused by the consignees, or which for any
other reason cannot be delivered, will be promptly returned to the shipper
without additional charge.
Interruption
of Service
UPS shall not be liable for any interruption of service due
to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following:
the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment;
acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority;
acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities; insufficient information
provided by a customer; Hazardous Materials packages improperly offered for
transport; the application of security regulations imposed by the government,
or otherwise applicable to the delivery location; riots, strikes or other
labor disputes; civil commotions; disruptions in air or ground transportation
networks; and natural disasters.
Address
Correction Charge
If UPS is unable to deliver any package as addressed by the
shipper, or if the package has an incorrect or incomplete address (examples
include, but are not limited to, P.O. boxes, missing suite, apartment, or
unit numbers, old addresses, and missing/incorrect ZIP Codes), UPS will determine
and make reasonable efforts to secure the correct or complete address. If
the correct or complete address is secured, UPS will attempt delivery, and
the shipper will be provided with the correct address in order to update its
internal records. An additional charge, set forth in the UPS Rates applicable
to the shipment in effect at the time of shipping, will be assessed for an
address correction.
